Adjectives - Not only should learning nouns and verbs be the focus of your vocabulary studies. In reality learning a broad selection of all types of words should be your goal. Adjectives form another important aspect of speech. Adjectives are used to describe the things around us and are usually used in conjunction with nouns.

The adjectives in level 1 are those that you are likely to come across most frequently in everyday speech. However, level 2 adjectives are also common. All the adjectives should be learnt for a full and varied vocabulary.
